Michael V. McGrail began his legal career in 1993 and is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court Northern District of Florida. While clients turn to him for a broad range of representation, he spends much of his time in litigation matters. Some of his areas of practice include personal injury, workers' compensation, social security disability, medical malpractice, and employment law.

Mr. McGrail is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Okaloosa-Walton Bar Association, and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and the Florida Bar Association. He is also a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives. He has served as President of the Okaloosa Walton Seminole Boosters and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Workforce Connection, Inc.

Mr. McGrail earned his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He also earned a Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University.
